Registration information
We offer two types of registration:
Standard Registration
This category applies to all full-price delegates.
Concession Registration
This reduced rate is available for the following groups:
a) Delegates from LMICs: Individuals residing in Low- and Middle-Income Countries, as per the World Bank Country Classification. Delegates can choose this option during registration, and random checks may be conducted for verification.
b) Students: Available to individuals currently enrolled at higher-education institutions. We may ask for valid student ID after registration for verification.
Please note that we are unable to issue refunds after 30 May 2026.

More information about bursaries
Bursaries are available to delegates resident in LMIC countries (as determined by the World Bank list) and to LMIC nationals studying as students abroad.
Bursary applications closed on 3 March 2026. Outcomes will be communicated via email at the start of April.
Bursary applicants should wait until they hear about the outcome of their application before registering.
