A corporate sponsor is a business or individual who contributes to the educational programs of the HFMA Empire New York chapter. These contributions are vital to ensuring that HFMA Empire New York can continue to provide quality programming for the participants at affordable rates.

We draw members and participants from acute care hospital health systems, long-term care facilities, rehabilitation facilities, and behavioral health hospitals, as well as a number of specialty and multi-specialty physician groups throughout the Empire Region. HFMA Empire New York membership covers a very large geographical catchment area, including 15 counties and covers more than 1,200+ healthcare professionals in the following positions:

Vice Presidents, Directors, and Managers of
- Finance
- Managed Care
- Revenue Cycle
- Reimbursement
- Decision Support
- General Accounting
- Patient Financial Services

Other Information:

The Corporate Sponsorship Program runs concurrently with the chapter year.
Sponsorship Registration is a Guarantee of Payment.
All payments are due within 30 days request of the sponsorship or prior to the next event, whichever is sooner.
A confirmation letter will be mailed after sponsor commitments.
Annual Institute sponsorship opportunities will be offered in accordance with the level of Corporate Sponsorship.

HFMA Empire NY Chapter is recognized under the Internal Revenue Service tax code as a 501(C) 6 Nonprofit Organization. All amounts payable to HFMA Empire NY Chapter by the terms of this Sponsorship arrangement are not to be considered charitable contributions, but rather as the appropriate business expense.
