The AANA designates this program as meeting the criteria for up to 3.50 CE credits in Pharmacology & Therapeutics.

The AANA designates this program as meeting the criteria for up to 1.00 CE credits in Pain Management.

Note: The virtual program is 21 MAC Ed CE. The 3 CE for the separate-fee afternoon workshop is in-person only. The final program is subject to change.

Cavalier Resort - Embassy Suites Virginia Beach Oceanfront Resort

Register to receive the group link for resort reservations at a discounted rate of $399 per night plus tax. Rate includes made-to-order breakfast and evening snacks with 2 alcoholic beverage tickets per adult. The resort fee is waived for our group.

Complimentary amenities for our group include metal detectors and access to resort activities, two beach chair and bike rentals each day.

As space is limited, group rate rooms are exclusively for our in-person registrants.

Cancellation & Refund Policies

You may cancel your registration up until May 15, 2026 to receive a full refund minus a $50 administrative fee. After that date, no refunds will be given. Cancellations must be received via email at NAFA@vcu.edu.

In the unlikely case that an event is cancelled or postponed due to insufficient enrollments or unforeseen circumstances, the NAFA will fully refund registration fees, but cannot be held responsible for any other expenses, including change or cancellation charges, to include but not limited to airlines, hotels, travel agencies, or other organizations.
