(immediately following Networking 360)
Booth/Tabletop Set Up (Times Are Subject to Change):
- Sunday, September 20, 2026 --12:00-4:00pm
- Monday, September 21, 2026 -- 6:00-7:30am
Booth/Tabletop Take Down:
- Monday, September 21, 2026 -- Starts immediately after Contact Booth Program closes at Noon
- Booths may not be taken down before the event floor has closed.

SUPPLIER WITH A 10' X 10' BOOTH
- $2,410 Early Bird before July 31, 2026
- $2,610 After July 31, 2026
This includes a Supplier Full Delegate registration.
Booths come with a 6' blue skirted table, 2 chairs, blue backwall draping, gold sidewall draping, a wastebasket, and a small sign. Wi-Fi is included.
SUPPLIER WITH A 6' X 2' TABLETOP
- $2,000 Early Bird before July 31, 2026
- $2,200 After July 31, 2026
This includes a Supplier Full Delegate registration.
Tabletops come with a 6' x 2' blue skirted table, 2 chairs, a wastebasket and ID sign. Wi-Fi is included.
- You MUST select “SUPPLIER WITH A CONTACT BOOTH” or “SUPPLIER WITH A TABLETOP” in your registration in order to exhibit in the Contact Booth Program.
- This special registration type includes both your attendee registration and your company’s booth/tabletop fees.
- If you are already registered as a “Supplier Full Delegate (No Contact Booth)” but do want to exhibit, please contact Bruce Ellenbogen at bellenbogen@gawda.org ASAP as exhibit space is limited.
- Booths and Tabletops are assigned as paid applications are received.
- Booths will not be assigned until full payment is received.
- Payment must be received within 14 days.
- GAWDA will make every effort to accommodate the needs of members who apply but reserves the right to assign booth locations.
