Fee Payment Policy:
A deposit of $175 is required upon registration for the Rise Up 2025 Conference. Full payment must be received by Dec 15th, 2025. Any outstanding balance after that deadline will be charged to the credit card on file. Any unsuccessful additional charges will be subject to a $35 late fee or cancellation as of Dec. 16.
Deadlines:
- Any conference fees not paid in full by December 15th are subject to cancellation.

Cancellations received:
- By September 15, 2025 will receive a full refund less $25.
- Between September 16, 2025 and November 15, 2025 will receive a full refund less $75.
- Between November 16, 2025 and December 15, 2025 will receive a full refund less $175.
- After December 16, 2025 will not be eligible for any refund.
