IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW:

• The Board has worked diligently to address things that have been glitches at past conferences. To this end, please read the following carefully.
• Conference attendees will make their own hotel reservations directly with OKANA Resort and Indoor Waterpark and pay for their own room individually. 
• We encourage you to bring your family!
  • Each guest room will have a $15 resort fee assessed, and this will give you access to the waterpark for two people.
    • Additional waterpark passes may be purchased through the resort. There may be an upcharge for more than two people in the room.
• The hotel room block is only guaranteed until January 19, 2026. 
  • Make your reservations early if you want to be sure to get the government rate.
• If you will be using a Purchase Order for your room, you MUST Timia Richardson, Group Rooms Coordinator at (572)228-4109 or timia.richardson@okanaresort.com in advance to set up a payment account and provide a copy of the purchase order by the cutoff date of January 19, 2026.
• If you do not want a charge for incidentals placed on your credit card at check-in, you can decline to place a card on file. 
  • This will turn off incidentals to your room, and you will have to pay as you go.
• If your plans change, you MUST cancel your room at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled arrival or you WILL be charged for the reservation.
  • This is usually 72 hours, but they are allowing a shorter time frame due to the nature of our jobs and the potential for disrupted plans.
