About OFN Regional Meetings
Regional Meetings are one-day convenings designed to foster peer exchange and collaboration among OFN members, other mission-driven lenders, partners, and industry stakeholders. These gatherings provide a platform to share leading practices while exploring solutions to topics and challenges that are top of mind for industry practitioners.
This year, the 2026 Midwest Regional Meeting will be held at the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis. The meeting is a collaboration between OFN and the Native CDFI Network, with support from Target and the Target Foundation. The meeting will highlight the critical role Native CDFIs play in expanding access to capital and advancing economic opportunity across Indian Country and Native communities throughout the Midwest and beyond. The meeting will also highlight the critical role Native CDFIs play in expanding access to capital and advancing economic opportunity across Indian Country and Native communities throughout the Midwest and beyond.
As we gather on the banks of the Mississippi River, we will highlight how CDFIs and other mission-driven partners are responding to regional challenges through lending, partnerships, and local investment—and consider how these approaches can inform community development across the region.
Join us on Wednesday, July 15 to engage in interactive discussions, gain timely policy updates from OFN, and connect with fellow practitioners across the region.
About the Native CDFI Network (NCN)
The Native CDFI Network (NCN) was formed in 2009 to unify Native CDFIs serving Native trust land communities, American Indians, Alaska Natives, and Native Hawaiians. The Native CDFI Network seeks to create opportunities to share our stories, identify our collective priorities, and strengthen our industry. In addition, the Native CDFI Network works to ensure that Native peoples are represented in the national policy dialogue and innovative solutions created by CDFIs are spread throughout our Native communities. As a strong national network, the Native CDFI Network empowers its members to engage our best ideas, connect to one another, and collectively advance policy priorities that foster systemic and sustainable Native community and economic development.
