Course Description:
This On-Demand Course focuses on the medical management of the three most common “liquid” cancers and the side effects and challenges to the oncology patient. Implications to the physical therapist and rehabilitation team and the recovery process will be reviewed. Chemotherapy and radiation treatments will be discussed in addition to the unique aspects of the bone marrow transplant process and aftercare.
