Event Overview

The Sarival Water Reclamation Facility in Goodyear, Arizona, demonstrates how our collaborative team delivered a fixed fee design-build project while achieving innovative, reliable water infrastructure with an accelerated schedule. In partnership with Liberty Utilities, PERC Water and PACE, delivered Phase 1 in just 24 months and $1 million under budget, while creating a facility capable of expanding from 4 MGD to 8 MGD within a highly constrained 6.13 - acre site. The facility’s innovative combination of Closed Loop Reactors and Membrane Bioreactors produces Arizona’s highest recycled water standard while reducing energy consumption, footprint, and operating costs. The project provides Liberty Utilities with a sustainable, high-performance water reclamation solution designed to meet community’s growth today and well into the future.
