Event Venue
The CUAHSI Water Science Exchange will be held at the University of Missouri, in Columbia Missouri.
Programming within the university will mainly be held in two buildings:

Discounted hotel rates are available for event attendees at three hotels local to the University of Missouri. All hotels provide free on-site parking. To access the booking links, refer to the Attendee Logistics email, sent to registered attendees.

A limited number of rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis. To receive the discounted room rate, ensure you make your room reservation prior to the deadlines outlines above.
Meals
The offered area hotels above all provide free, hot breakfast. Visit each hotel website to view breakfast times and offerings. During the event, the following meals are included for Exchange attendees:
- Dinner for participants of the Welcome Dinner, hosted and organized by the University of Missouri on Thursday, November 12, 2026.
- Lunch on Friday, November 13, 2026 and Saturday, November 14, 2026.

Travel Information
Area Airports
Columbia Regional Airport, approximately 20 minutes by car to the event venue.
St. Louis Lambert International Airport, approximately two hours by car and three hours by Greyhound bus to Columbia.
Kansas City International Airport, approximately two hours by car to the event venue and two hours by Greyhound bus to Columbia.
Public Transportation
We encourage attendees to utilize Columbia's complimentary public transit, provided by Go COMO.

Driving
Complimentary parking is available at each of the three choice hotel locations. Campus parking instructions will be provided closer to the event.
Facility Information
The CUAHSI Water Science Exchange will take place during University of Missouri's academic year. Thursday and Friday's programming will be taking place in buildings that are shared with university students, faculty, and staff, where classes may be in session.
We ask that you respect the facility and limit disruptions by being conscientious of noise level when entering areas of the building outside of the reserved programming areas.
All programming will be taking place in ADA accessible buildings and rooms. To explore specific site, parking, and building accessibility, view the university's campus map.

Refund Policy: Participants may cancel and receive a full refund of the registration fee until October 8, 2026. After that date, refunds may be granted on a case-by-case basis and only in case of emergency by emailing Events and Training Support Fellow, Brianna Kearns (bkearns@cuahsi.org).
