CUAHSI is offering a limited number of travel stipends to help defray the cost of attending. Preference will be given to attendees that are poster presenters, students, or post-doctoral researchers on a first-come first-serve basis. When registering, please indicate if you require a travel stipend in order to attend the event.
Registration Information
Those affiliated with CUAHSI member institutions receive a 20% discount on registration for this event. See if your institution is a member.
Included in the Registration Fee:
Access to all plenary sessions including keynotes, panel discussions, and the poster session.
Opportunity to participate in workshops of your choosing (workshop selection is required in advance and limited space is available).
Lunch will be provided on Friday, November 13th and Saturday, November 14th.
Refund Policy: Participants may cancel and receive a full refund of the registration fee until October 8, 2026. After that date, refunds may be granted on a case by case basis and only in case of emergency by emailing Events and Training Support Fellow, Brianna Kearns (bkearns@cuahsi.org).
