In-Person Natural Birth Class

We'll help prepare you and your spouse, partner, co-parent, and support people for labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum.

This class is taught by a prenatal nurse instructor.

This class provides an overview of childbirth, including but not limited to:

• Breathing techniques
• Pain management
• Vaginal and cesarean birth

All participants MUST register for this class.
