Conference Goals:
Prepare for School Year 2026-2027 in English Language Arts and English Learner content.

What should I do before the event?
You should register in CVent and select sessions.
What time should I arrive?
Please plan to arrive between 7:30-8 a.m. to allow time for parking and to be seated in the auditorium by 8 a.m. The grounding session will begin promptly at 8:15 a.m.
Where can I park?
Attendees may enter through Door #1 at the main entrance, and Door #28 and #26 on the football field side of the building. Overflow parking is available at T. Clay Woods Elementary next door.
Where do I go when I arrive?
Upon arrival, head directly to the auditorium. All participants are asked to be seated in the auditorium by 8:00 a.m.
What do I need to bring to the conference?
- Be sure to wear your PWCS badge.
- Bring a fully device to interact in sessions throughout the day.
How do I request special accommodations for the event?

How do I cancel my registration?
To cancel, you must first notify your supervisor. Once your supervisor has been informed, please send an email to eee@pwcs.edu for formal processing.
