Intensives on November 5 at 8:30 am until 12:30 pm

Each registrant selects one Intensive. 

1. Financing HCBS: Driving Innovation and Strengthening Stewardship

This track will examine how states can finance home and community-based services in ways that support innovation, sustainability, and responsible stewardship of public resources. Sessions will explore managed care, payment strategies, value-based approaches, rate development, and other financing models that can strengthen quality, expand access, and improve outcomes for people with I/DD.

2. Growing Technology Engagement: Connecting States and Sharing Solutions

This session will explore how states can expand access to technology that helps people with IDD increase independence, make choices, communicate, stay connected, and participate more fully in their communities. Participants will learn how ETEN supports collaboration, shares promising practices, and helps states address barriers related to access, funding, implementation, and person-centered use.
