Exhibitor FAQ
What can exhibitors expect for Collective 2026?
We are excited to continue using the streamlined booth experience for Collective 26 as well as well as using the integrated Exhibitor experience throughout the Collective event. The Collective Trade Show will be featured on the same level as conference registration, general sessions, keynotes, meals & much more. Additionally, we will have dedicated Exhibitor time, ensuring that no other events are scheduled during these specific tradeshow hours, allowing Exhibitors to shine!
What does the streamlined booth experience mean for Exhibitors?
Have you ever dreamed of checking into an event, walking into the tradeshow, and finding everything READY to go? Well, that dream is coming true in San Antonio next August! We’re taking the heavy lifting off our Exhibitors - no more chasing down boxes, stressing over missing items, or spending hours on setup. Your booth will be fully provided, including a backdrop and podium, so there’s no need to bring any booth materials yourself! Best of all, the streamlined booth experience is included in your Collective Exhibitor Registration at no additional cost.
How will this look process wise?
Glad you asked! All exhibitors will receive a graphic template for their marketing department to design, which will be available on the exhibitor portal. Once completed, the design should be submitted to our third-party tradeshow management team, who will provide feedback and assistance. A due date for submission will be provided - submissions after this date will incur a late fee, billed directly to the exhibitor.
When you arrive in San Antonio, your booth will already be set up - you’ll only need to bring swag giveaways and any additional promotional materials.
What if I WANT to bring my own booth?
Please reach out to events@gowithcore.com for prior approval if you wish to bring your own booth. Without approval, you will participate in the streamlined booth experience and must submit your booth graphics by the due date to avoid a late fee.
I'm interested in a sponsorship. Where do I find your sponsorship information?
We offer a variety of sponsorship opportunities! Email events@gowithcore.com to receive our Exhibitor Prospectus, which outlines our tiered sponsorships and à la carte opportunities!
When can I select my booth?
Booth selection takes place within exhibitor registration! After choosing your sponsorship or exhibitor type, you’ll be directed to a page where you can select your booth.
When is exhibitor setup and breakdown?
With the streamlined booth experience, everything will be set up and ready when you get here!
Unfortunately, the tentative Collective Agenda is not yet available. For additional booth setup details (personal items, swag, etc.) or information to help with your travel plans, please be patient with us and keep an eye on thecollectivebycore.com for agenda updates.
Can I book my hotel room now?

What about Exhibitor hours?
We are giving Exhibitors a lot of ownership over their time at Collective 26. Because of the immersive nature, you can be at your booth as much as you would like. We will have set dedicated exhibitor hours in the agenda for several hours per day without any sessions happening at that time, but will also provide each exhibitor a "flipchart" to place at their booth to manage their time with attendees. For example, if you need to take a break, you can show on your flipchart "Had to take a quick call. Will be back at 1:00pm" or "Text this number to schedule a time to meet me back here!" etc. etc.
These additions will also make it easier for you, the exhibitor, to participate in meals, receptions, breakout sessions, networking events, keynote, and more!
Did you just say I can attend breakout sessions, keynote, and more?
Absolutely! We want the Collective experience to be amazing for everyone, including you and your booth staff! As long as a session or event is not restricted for certain attendees, you are welcome and encouraged to join. In fact, because our general attendees will be in these sessions rather than visiting booths while sessions are happening, this is a prime time to attend sessions yourself and spark conversations with our attendees! Take moments before and after the session to connect with them - even using the session content as a natural way to start meaningful discussions and build relationships.
What is the difference between regular tradeshow hours and dedicated tradeshow hours?
The tradeshow hall will be open throughout Collective. This is where you can take advantage of the aforementioned flipchart and let attendees know when you will be at your booth.
Dedicated Exhibitor Hours are specifically set aside for exhibitors. During these times, there are no meals or sessions, ensuring a focused environment for exhibitors without competing factors. It is highly encouraged that you remain at your booth during these dedicated hours.
What are the sessions listed on June 3rd & July 9th?
We are once again hosting two live Exhibitor Q&A sessions - your opportunity to ask questions, get answers, and provide an additional platform for sharing important information about Collective. These sessions are automatically included in your registration and we encourage you to attend both online sessions, as well as share the session link with any of your staff that plan to attend Collective!
Session Dates & Times:
June 3rd, 11 AM PDT / 2 PM EDT
July 9th, 11 AM PDT / 2 PM EDT
How do I register my booth staff for Collective?
This will be managed through our Exhibitor Portal! The portal is not yet ready, but once it is, you will receive an email with instructions to log in. Through the portal, you’ll be able to complete important tasks, such as assigning your onsite team and downloading your booth graphics.
When will the exhibitor platform be launched?
Our Exhibitor Portal will be launched within two months after regular attendee registration opens for Collective 2026.
