Hotel Room Reservations
A generous block of rooms has been reserved for HSRU summit participants. A hotel registration code will be shared with all registrants. Room costs are to be covered by participants.
AIRPORTS
Traveling by air, you have the option to fly to Dallas/Fort Worth International (DFW) or Dallas Love Field (DAL) Airports.
The summit hotel is approximately 11 miles from DFW and 23 miles from DAL.

Car Rental
The Rental Car Center is located near the south entrance of the Airport.
Arriving Passengers
After collecting your baggage, follow the Rental Car signs to the designated pick-up area on the lower level of the terminal. From there, board the Rental Car shuttle bus. Buses run 24 hours a day, depart every 10-15 minutes and reach the Rental Car Center in approximately 10 minutes.
Departing Passengers
Before your departing flight, follow signs to return your vehicle at the Rental Car Center. For transportation from the facility to your terminal, board the Rental Car Shuttle. The Rental Car Shuttle runs 24 hours a day and departs every 10-15 minutes from the facility.
Ridesharing
Pick- up location for rideshare is on Arrival Level- Look for Passenger Pickups Sign.
Dallas Love Field Airport
Car Rental
Numerous rental car companies operate at Dallas Love Field. Each has a counter in the hallway leading to baggage claim, as well as shuttles that pick up and drop off passengers on the transportation lower level.
