About Leading for Impact

As an organizational leader, relying solely on existing knowledge and experience to lead effectively may hinder progress and effective responses to new challenges. Success at this level often means embracing a growth mindset and having the self-awareness to expand the skills, behaviors, and capabilities to achieve organizational goals and advance priorities.

Through a series of progressive learning experiences, our newest suite of CORE Leadership Development programs deliver fundamental leadership skills, strategic insights, and practical tools that equip you to address your most pressing challenges.  These engaging and dynamic programs empower and enable you to lead authentically, achieve personal growth, and contribute to the goals of your organization, regardless of role or position, within academic medicine and science. After a successful pilot this winter, we’re excited to offer our first virtual offering of  Leading for Impact this summer.

Leading for Impact will equip you to actively influence organizational culture, lead through change, and execute strategy effectively.
