By agreeing below you agree that you must complete the online evaluation form by February 11, 2027 to receive credits for attending the meeting. Credits will not be awarded for evaluations received after 60 days following the meeting.

The evaluation form will be emailed to you at your registration email on the last day of the meeting, Friday, December 11, 2026.
