Whether you're new to management or looking to refine your approach, Leadership School offers two tracks, each with a series of engaging sessions that will provide you with the tools and insights to elevate your leadership game.
CrossState Leadership School is a legacy program that’s been offered to our members since 1955. It has seen thousands of graduates over the past 60 years, with many of our members moving on to become leaders in their credit unions. Founded in 1953 and boasting over 90,000 graduates since its inception, the Penn State Smeal College of Business is the perfect partner to help CrossState elevate your professional development to the next level.
Leadership School Tracks
Each track is two years. If you are a returning attendee, register for the same track you signed up for previously. You must complete both years to receive the certificate.

If you aspire to lead and learn about moving into management and creating a successful team culture this is the track for you.
Spend the week learning how to leverage your skills and personality to become a great leader for your team and organization. Explore ways to channel your strengths and weaknesses to be your best self at work.
If you currently navigate supervision challenges, guide and coach others at your credit union, and set the expectation at your credit union, this is the track for you.
Spend the week developing your skills in resolving conflict, creating inclusive environments, understanding differences, and leading colleagues toward common goals. Build upon your collaboration skills and lay the groundwork for your future career in leadership.
