Plot Your Course
Flying in
- Flight bookings open January 5, 2027. Complete your booking at least 21 days before your summit.
- Book your Monday arrival for early afternoon when possible.
- Friday flights must depart after 1630 to allow time to complete the program and travel to the airport
- Confirm with your crewing coordinator before you book travel.
- Contact your crewing coordinator if you need an exception to these travel guidelines.
Airport Transportation
Airport shuttle transportation to and from Tampa International Airport (TPA) will be provided Monday for attendees and accompanying guests. Return transportation to the airport (TPA) will be provided Friday following the program.
Airport pickup locations, shuttle schedules, and transportation contact information will be shared before your summit.
Guest Travel
Attendees are responsible for their guests’ airfare and other personal travel expenses. Guest flights may be arranged through FROSCH Travel using a personal credit card.

Driving to the Summit
- If you plan to drive, indicate this during registration and notify your crewing coordinator at least 21 days before your summit.
- Keep itemized receipts for eligible travel expenses. Mileage and approved expenses will be reimbursed according to company policy.
Parking
Parking will be covered by OSG. Make sure you let hotel staff know you are parking a car when checking in. You will need your license plate number with you at check-in.
