TRAVEL & LODGING
Will I need to travel or book a hotel?
Your hotel is already booked for you at the Hyatt Place Salt Lake City/Lehi. You'll provide your HS1 Travel Card at check-in to cover incidentals. The hotel may place a temporary hold that is released after checkout. If you do not have a Travel Card, please be prepared to provide a personal card for incidentals and submit any eligible expenses for reimbursement.
What are my check-in / check-out expectations?
Check-in: 3:00 PM • Check-out: 12:00 PM (noon). Travel day is Tuesday, October 13. General attendees depart Friday, October 16 in the morning; Leadership team departs Friday afternoon.
How do I book travel?
All flights will be booked through Navan, via the Level Up 2026 Group Event link. This link will be emailed directly to each attendee who needs a flight on September 1st.
Who do I contact with travel questions?
Hotel questions: contact Amy Ashcraft (amy.ashcraft@henryscheinone.com).
Flight or expense questions: contact Patrick Merriman (Patrick.Merriman@henryscheinone.com).
How do I get from the airport to the hotel?
We'll match attendees landing around the same time into Uber groups to share the ride to the hotel. Before you travel, connect with your group (Teams works well), exchange contact info, and watch each other's flight status. Please don't book your own Uber if you've been assigned a group; meet up first, then request the ride together.
How does the return trip to the airport work?
Same idea, in reverse. Hotel checkout is 12:00 PM (noon) for everyone; the hotel will store your luggage if your flight is later. We'll group attendees by departure time for shared Ubers to the airport. Know your flight time, your group, and when/where you're meeting before Friday.
What should I pack?
Level Up is only three days: a carry-on is plenty. Bring:
💻 Laptop and charger (for breaks and lunch)
📱 Phone charger
💧 A reusable water bottle
🧥 A layer (conference rooms can get chilly)
