Academy Overview

The 2026 Branchwide Leadership Academy connects experienced and new leaders from all levels of the court system to share knowledge, build relationships, and enhance leadership skills.

This academy helps judicial branch leaders navigate tradition and change with confidence. Through a mix of theory and practice, participants learn to honor court history while setting strategic direction, communicating effectively, and inspiring others. Leaders gain tools to prioritize, lead change, and motivate with purpose beyond their current role.

Attendance

The leadership academy curriculum caters to court leaders and emerging leaders from the trial courts, Courts of Appeal, and the Supreme Court. Please note that attendance will require CEO or clerk/executive officer approval, so all court attendees must consult with their respective leadership prior to registering. 

Please note that registration does not guarantee attendance. Once registered, you will receive an email stating that your registration details were received, but your confirmation of attendance will be sent upon approval with all academy details.
