This one-day course is designed for AMI managers, engineers, and other advanced AclaraONE users to learn advanced troubleshooting and AMI management techniques. (Note: Multispeak, billing, and SQL or backend Coding applications are not included in this training.)
2027 sessions are Mar 19, Jun 25, Aug 20, and Oct 22. You'll choose the session on the Registration pages.
Prerequisite: AclaraONE Basic Course or knowledge of all concepts covered in that course.
This course will establish a full understanding of how to operate the TWACS AMI system with special attention to communication, maintenance, configuration, and troubleshooting. Students are encouraged to come prepared with a laptop with access to their own AclaraONE software. If unavailable, access to our training software will be provided.

Class time isfrom 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM daily at our Solon, Ohio facility. Students should not schedule return travel before this time to ensure they complete all training objectives.
