Overview

Effective grants management is critical to the financial stability and compliance of community health centers (CHCs), and the regulatory landscape continues to grow more complex. Join Forvis Mazars for a focused learning experience covering key aspects of the Health Center Program of the Public Health Service Act, including Section 330 grant requirements, the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) Compliance Manual, the Notice of Award, grant applications, financial and Uniform Data System reporting, and audit considerations. Participants will gain a clearer understanding of how these requirements intersect and how to apply them effectively within day‑to‑day CHC operations. This three‑day virtual training offers in-depth, CHC‑specific guidance designed to help operational, finance, and grants management leaders confidently navigate federal grant requirements and compliance expectations. The program goes beyond the basics of the Uniform Grant Guidance to focus on how grants management rules apply to health centers in practical, real‑world ways.

Attendees will also receive valuable resources, including Word‑based policy templates and original source documents, to help support ongoing compliance and strengthen internal grants management processes.
