There is a charge for valet parking. The current overnight valet parking rate is $45.00 per car. The current event valet parking rate is $25.00 per car. The parking rates that are in effect during the dates of your meeting may be greater or less, and will be applicable to those that choose to park with the Omni Hotel.

  • ONLY use the link provided in the post-registration instructions to book your hotel room. DO NOT book directly with the hotel or through any other links to ensure Meeting rates and avoid housing scams. AASHTO does not work with any third party housing service provider.
  • A credit card is needed to reserve your room.
  • A change in the length or dates of your reservation may result in a rate change.
  • We request that you stay at the Meeting hotel. AASHTO takes a financial risk when securing rooms for the meeting. Registrants reserving rooms at other hotels increase this risk, which could result in fewer available rooms and higher room and registration rates in the future.
  • Guests requiring special hotel accommodations because of a disability should indicate special requirements when making their reservation and reconfirm arrangements directly with the hotel.
  • For those who require a special meal during the meeting, please be aware that for plated meal events, you will need to ask the server for your special meal. For buffet events, food will be labeled appropriately.

Cancellation

Cancellations/changes must be made directly with the hotel. Any guaranteed reservation that is cancelled less than seventy-two (72) hours prior to arrival will be subject to one (1) night guestroom plus tax cancellation fee. Additionally, any reservations that arrive after the scheduled arrival date will be considered a "no show" and a charge of one (1) night guestroom plus tax cancellation fee will be assessed.

Housing Scam

AASHTO does not endorse third party companies who contact our attendees to book accommodations through their companies. These third party "pirate" companies reach out to attendees offering special discounted hotel rooms for other associations' meetings. Often, these rooms do not exist. The primary objective of this solicitation is to obtain credit card information. Neither AASHTO, nor our contracted hotels will contact you by phone or email requesting credit card information for reservations. AASHTO has no affiliation with these companies and is unable to guarantee rates and accommodations made through these companies.
Please do not be misled by companies that solicit you over the phone and misrepresent themselves as AASHTO Housing Services Providers.
