This advanced two-day course is designed for clinicians who have completed model and cadaver training and are ready to transition to supervised live patient surgery. Participants will engage in focused didactic review followed by hands-on surgical experience, alternating roles as primary surgeon and assistant. Doctors will perform one full arch case, assist on another, and gain practical experience in patient management, provisional delivery, and complication management.

Requirements:
- You must have already attended Fixed Arch Cadaver Part 1 & 2 or an equivalent course.
- If you are not licensed in Texas, you MUST obtain a Texas Temporary License for Charitable Purposes, or you will not be permitted to attend. Application instructions will be emailed to you upon registration confirmation.
- Applications must be submitted to the Texas Board of Dental Examiners NO LATER than 60 days prior to the course date per Texas board regulations.
