RRS Code of Conduct: As a 2025 RRS Workshop participant, you are agreeing to adhere to the Meeting Attendee Code of Conduct. This will be acknowledged by you during registration. Any violation of the Code of Conduct will result in the revocation of your meeting access with no refund. Thank you for respecting your colleagues, peers and clients.
Registration Cancellation Policy: Requests for cancellations for any registration type must be received by March 16, 2025; and a $75 cancellation fee will apply. Cancellations after this date are non-refundable.
Hotel Cancellation Policy: Room reservations may be cancelled up to two (2) days prior to arrival without penalty. Cancellations within two (2) days prior to arrival will result in a penalty of the first night’s room and tax. Per hotel policy, your credit card may be charged a nightly fee for incidentals. This fee is used to cover extra costs such as room service fees. These fees are typically refunded soon after checkout if no extra charges were made. Associations and Meetings by Design strongly recommends the purchase of Travel Guard International Travel Insurance.
