Member Refund Policy:
Full refunds will be issued up to two (2) weeks before the start of the event less a $50 processing fee. After that period, no refunds will be issued. Substitutions are welcome and encouraged - there is no fee to register a substitute.
Vendor/Sponsor Refund Policy:
A full refund will be issued up until July 10, minus a $300 processing fee. A 50% refund will be issued when canceled July 11 – August 11. No refunds will be issued after August 11.
