Travel Information: Pittsburgh International Airport (PIT) is approximately 85 miles from the resort, with additional nearby airport options including LBE and MGW. You may opt to rent a vehicle at the airport or coordinate airport transfers, shuttles, and private cars through the Nemacolin Resort Reservations (24-hour notice recommended). Location: Nemacolin is a luxury resort in Pennsylvania’s breathtaking Laurel highlands that stretches more than 2,200 private acres and offers endless opportunities for adventure and relaxation. Address: 1001 Lafayette Drive, Farmington, PA 15437. 

Attire: Think resort casual throughout the conference, with weather-appropriate clothing for outdoor activities. Tuesday's agenda includes a wellness focus, so attendees are encouraged to wear athletic or leisure attire for the day's activities, including breakfast and the business session. Business casual or above is expected at the resort’s fine dining venues. 

Hotel: SATAE will be headquartered at Nemacolin's Falling Rock, one of three hotels located on the property. Inspired by the architecture of Frank Lloyd Wright, this sophisticated adults-only hotel features personalized butler service and exceptional accommodations.

• Room reservations may be made by using this link or by calling 724-780-2141 and referencing the SATAE group block. The discounted Run of House rate is $599++/night ($717 inclusive/night). The SATAE room block will expire on August 28th or prior if the block sells out. 

• The nightly resort fee of $49 plus tax, included in the inclusive rate, covers valet parking, property shuttle service, Wi-Fi, nightly turndown service, in-room coffee, fitness center access, outdoor pool access, mini golf, hiking trails, a self-guided wildlife habitat tour, access to the art gallery and museum, and use of the tennis and pickleball courts.

• Any cancellations within (7) days and no-shows will be accessed the for the full stay. 

• The room block is reserved exclusively for registered SATAE conference attendees. Rooms reserved for individuals who are not registered for the conference will be released.
