Our nation was founded on the bold vision of life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness for every individual. But for too many young people, that promise has not been fulfilled. As we mark the 250th anniversary of the Declaration of Independence, we chart a new path forward.

Across the StriveTogether Cradle to Career Network, communities are building civic infrastructure to align policy, practice and partnerships so that everyone can thrive. Transforming 4 million futures is our collective commitment to realizing our country’s founding ideals. Together, we can create a nation of opportunity for all.

Every year, StriveTogether brings the power of our national movement to one city for three days of connecting, learning and creating change. The Cradle to Career Network Convening is the only event of its kind for local and national leaders creating better outcomes and more economic opportunity for young people.
