Course Overview

Course Description

Emotional Intelligence (EQ) is the hidden superpower of exceptional leaders, one of the most powerful predictors of leadership success, yet it remains an often-underdeveloped skill. This interactive course equips leaders with a deep understanding of the four pillars of EQ—self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, and relationship management— this internal capacity allows leaders to read the room, manage their emotions, build strong relationships, and foster belonging across diverse teams. Participants will explore key competencies within each pillar, assess their current strengths through self-reflection, and gain actionable strategies to strengthen their leadership presence. The course also introduces six leadership styles and how emotionally intelligent leaders can flex their approach to motivate and engage others based on situational needs.

“Your greatest leadership advantage isn’t what you know—it’s how you connect. EQ is your superpower.”
