EXHIBITOR INFORMATION

IN-PERSON EXHIBITOR BASICS

Each exhibitor registration includes:

  • One staff person only (additional booth staff register as Conference Attendee)
  • One 6-foot table and chair in conference hallway/exhibit area and breakfast/lunch
  • Listing on exhibitor tab of conference website, customizable exhibitor page in MIAP mobile app
  • Inbound lead tracking

CORPORATE EXHIBITOR: $3,000

  • Podium acknowledgment, listed as featured exhibitor on website and mobile app

NON-PROFIT EXHIBITOR: $300

  • Special discounted exhibitor price
  • Some non-profit exhibitors may be able to register at $0. Please contact us prior to registration for a no-fee code (if this applies to you).

HOW TO REGISTER & PAYMENT REQUIREMENTS

  • Click the 'Register Now' button and choose Exhibitor tier. You will be required to provide a logo, company description and main contact information as part of the registration process.
  • Payment must be made by credit card at the time of registration. Payment by check is NOT an option.
  • Your confirmation email includes a payment confirmation receipt link.

If you plan to have additional booth staff - please have them register as a conference attendee ($200 registration fee). ALL conference attendees are required to be paid registrants, even if they will only spend part of the day at the booth. Please do not share badges at the booth.

This is an in person conference only. The exhibitor portal will be used to update your Exhibitor profile in the MIAP mobile app.

EXHIBITOR BOOTH HOURS

  • Exhibitor hours will be during registration (7:00-8:00 AM), during breaks (10:10-10:30 AM and 2:45-3:00 PM), during lunch (11:30 AM-12:30 PM).

EXHIBITOR PORTAL

  • Once registered, exhibitor leads will receive an invite to the Exhibitor Portal. 
  • Use the exhibitor portal to update your exhibitor page, viewable in the MIAP mobile app
  • Add files, videos, and weblinks
