About the Pre-Conference
This 2025 Pre-Conference will focus on the basics of complaint investigating and is open only to state complaint investigators and State Education Agency employees who coordinate or supervise state complaint investigators. This is always an informative, fun, and popular session. The purpose of this session is to provide introductory strategies and offer best practices regarding state complaint investigations. This is an opportunity for you to network with other state complaint investigators.

Tri-State Regional General Conference
The Tri-State Regional conference is designed for general and special education administrators and teachers, service providers, parents, advocates, lawyers and others involved in developing and supporting special education services for children with disabilities and their families.
