CS PracticeWorks: What’s New, Trainer Tips to Improve Workflow and Business Management and Using the Experts

This course is designed for current users who are interested in becoming more proficient using their current software program. Attendees will have the opportunity to explore features which will enable them to learn more about the unique capabilities of their system and work more efficiently by getting the maximum performance from their software. We will also explore streamlining day to day activities using the Experts and PracticeCentral in PracticeWorks practice management software. Attendees will explore the features of system defined and user defined experts.

Debi Peterson

Debi Peterson has a degree in computer programming and technology from Michigan State University. She has done programming, testing, training, and documentation for software companies. With experience in both restaurant and dental software, Debi always looks for ways to streamline processes. 

 Debi started with Carestream Dental LLC in 2000 as a Certified Dental Trainer. She has trained hundreds of our clients on CS PracticeWorks practice management software, CS SoftDent practice management software, and Cosmetic Imaging software. She is patient and strives to get people excited about learning. She can create user-defined contact and analysis experts to help clients produce the reports that they need to run their business. Debi is a leader on the training team, mentoring other trainers and looking for ways to make things easy for every practice that they train.
