Customized to State Law
Protecting your institution starts at the new account desk. This two-day, highly interactive bootcamp is designed to equip frontline staff, supervisors and compliance professionals with the knowledge and tools needed to confidently open and manage consumer, business and trust accounts—while staying fully compliant with state and federal regulations.
Registrants have the option to register for one or both days of training. This bootcamp dives deep into documentation, regulatory expectations, complex account structures and common (but costly) compliance pitfalls. Whether you're working with a consumer, sole proprietorship, a revocable trust or a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, you’ll walk away with a firm understanding of how to get it right—every time.
Participants receive a 200+ page manual customized to state law, plus real-world examples, group discussions and answers to your toughest account-opening questions.

Day 1: Consumer & Business Accounts
Day 1 of this essential training focuses on consumer and business accounts, which are often the foundation of customer relationships but also a major source of risk if not handled correctly. This session will deliver practical compliance guidance, documentation checklists and legal insights tailored to your state law.

Day 2: Trusts & Fiduciary Accounts
Day 2 dives deep into the increasingly complex world of trusts, fiduciary, and court-appointed accounts. With the growth of revocable trusts and changes to FDIC insurance coverage, frontline staff and compliance teams need up-to-date tools and guidance to properly document and manage these accounts.

Both Days: Master It All with Confidence
Attending both sessions offers a comprehensive view of new account documentation, covering the full spectrum from everyday consumers to the most complex legal entities and fiduciary accounts. These back-to-back sessions ensure you're fully prepared to handle any scenario with confidence.
