Foster a more connected, engaged, and accountable workplace culture
Workplaces thrive where there is a culture of trust, a shared vision, and a sense of value. In these types of environments, we see increases in employee retention, wellness, and overall performance. With a focus on applicability in your own workplace, participants in this event will develop knowledge and skills to proactively cultivate a positive workplace culture. With an emphasis on relationships and emotional intelligence, participants will explore tools to build trust, strengthen engagement, and promote mutual accountability.
