Certified Eden Associate Training equips leaders, care professionals, and care partners with practical tools to put person-directed care into action. Applicable across senior living, home and community-based services, long-term care, and other care and support settings, this training explores how to strengthen relationships, support individual choice, and create opportunities for meaningful engagement and well-being.

Through interactive, in-person learning, participants explore The Eden Alternative’s Principles, share experiences, challenge assumptions, and practice approaches they can use in their daily work. Participants leave prepared to turn learning into meaningful, lasting changes for the people they support and the teams they work alongside.

This training has been approved through NAB/NCERS and NCCDP for a total of 21.50 continuing education credits. The Eden Alternative is recognized by SHRM to offer 21.5 PDCs for SHRM-CP® or SHRM-SCP® recertification activities.
