This year's theme, Rooted, is a celebration of that belonging: to this place, to one another, and to the living Tradition of our Orthodox faith. Being rooted doesn't mean standing still, it means knowing where you come from so you can go anywhere. Like a tree with deep roots, we draw life from the soil of our faith and our shared history, and from that strength we grow, stretch, and reach toward something greater. Registration this year will be on a first-come, first-serve basis. Limited spots are available for all registration tiers. If the Conference sells out of these spots, then the subsequent price will go into effect. Please register as early as possible and check our social and communication channels for updates!

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING IMPORTANT INFORMATION

The 2026 Metropolis of San Francisco YAL Conference is open to all Orthodox Young Adults aged 18-35.

Conference activities begin Thursday September 3rd at 3 PM

1) You must be 18 - 35  years or older to register and attend. A government issued photo ID will be required for verification at registration.

2) THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS.

3) You MUST register for the entire conference package; there are no one-day or one-event registration packages.

4) There will be no registration sales at the venue on the weekend of the event.

5) Registration packages are non-transferable.

6) Conference registration fee includes admission to all events, transportation to all events, and meals listed on the schedule.

7) Registration package DOES NOT include hotel room, airfare, or transportation to or from the resort.

8) All YAL Conference registrants must conduct themselves throughout the weekend as Orthodox Christians. Any behavior that is unbecoming of an Orthodox Christian will not be tolerated in any form. The YAL Conference Leadership and Hotel reserve the right to cancel any participant’s registration, hotel reservation, and remove them from the premises.

9) All YAL Conference registrants are required to acknowledge and sign the Code of Conduct in order to complete conference registration. See the Code of Conduct webpage for more information.

9) By registering for this event, you are also consenting to having your photo taken and potentially published for future YAL programs.
