Get feedback on your coaching experiences while providing support and learning to other active coaches by joining us for this dynamic series designed to facilitate learning and bolster community!

In this series, instructor Susan Ennis will guide participants to explore their own coaching experiences and the experiences of other group participants to foster learning and mutual support. Susan will draw on her extensive experience to lead participants to give and receive meaningful, constructive feedback, and she will guide the coaches in practice supervisions of one another.

Each session will provide an opportunity for learners to practice, discuss, and reflect on the challenges and successes of their coaching practices and to reinforce one another’s accomplishments, lessons, and to bolster action plans for optimal outcomes. Between sessions, learners will meet in pairs to practice using supervision techniques with each other.

Group discussions in class will employ roleplay exercises, self-assessments, and practice sessions. Outside of class, reading assignments and exercises relevant to the core curriculum and ICF competencies will provide participants with foundational knowledge. Participants will apply the feedback from class exercises to their ongoing coaching with clients, then reflect on their results.

The four, monthly, 90-minute sessions will be conducted virtually via Zoom. The sessions will run on Tuesday evenings from 6:30-8:00 P.M. EST. The peer supervision sessions will be held on:

· September 15, 2026;

· October 13, 2026;
