Cancellation Policy: Event cancellation requests must be made in writing by May 24, 2026. Registration fees will be fully refunded, minus a $15 cancellation fee. No refunds will be given for event cancellations made after May 24, 2026 or no-shows. All hotel rooms and registrations are locked in and confirmed on May 25, 2026. For cancellations after May 24, 2026, a refund WILL NOT be issued and Florida Poultry Federation will need to invoice you for your hotel stay. Hammock Beach Resort has very strict rules with counts and hotel reservations we must implement. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
