The Annual APS Subscription is a 12-months entitlement providing best-in-class applications consultancy. It is best suited for laboratories starting their analytical journey in LC and/or LCMS. It’s highly valuable for laboratories experiencing high staff turnover rates.
Continued exchange with Waters Applications Chemists ensures the laboratories’ longterm success. Chemists and Analysts become proficient with the system in minimal time and will learn how to transfer and optimize methods effectively. Together with the combined expertise from Waters’ Field Chemists, customers will be able to overcome future analytical challenges with confidence.
The offering consists of three elements:
- Regular check-in sessions with a Project Manager. Best utilized in biweekly to monthly conversations, typically 15-30 min format. Customers share recent findings, successes, and analytical challenges. Waters experts will be able to provide applicable product updates and notify customers of any relevant software/hardware updates and their specific benefits.
- One 2-day on-site training delivered by a certified Field Applications Chemist in the customer laboratory.
- 16 hours of customized web-based training, that can be consumed flexibly during the 12-months period. These sessions are typically utilized for workflow training and other needs identified during the regular check-in discussions.
