When done properly, the evaluation of principals and assistant principals can help school leaders grow in their careers and develop skills that can impact student achievement.
That's why IASA is proud to offer AA #4050, an improved evaluation model that emphasizes collaboration rather than a checklist based upon compliance.
AA #4050 is a 2-day, in-person training that satisfies the requirements for those seeking the Initial Principal Evaluator designation.
In addition, individuals needing Initial Principal Evaluator Retraining for the next five years (through June 30, 2029) will also complete the same 2-day training (AA #4050).
The academy requires Pre-Work to be completed 3 days prior to the first day the course meets. Participants must attend a two-day face-to-face training of the course and complete the required Application-Dissemination for each day to receive credit for AA 4050
All trainings will be held in person:
8:30am – 3:30pm
The following open session is available.
