December Express FAM - Advanced

Are you a veteran at selling Universal? Have you attended a Foundations trainings in the past? Then join our Advanced FAM for a day full of expert Universal training and fun!

In this Advanced FAM, you'll learn what's new and upcoming at our amazing destinations, we'll review new vacation package and ticket promotions, in-depth VAX knowledge for modifying vacation packages, social media training and tips including how to make Reels, as well as insights on how to successfully position and sell Universal. And it wouldn't be a fun day without some interactive workshops and prizes!

At the completion training, you'll receive one (1) 2-Park 1-Day Park-to-Park ticket (valid for Universal Studios Florida and Universal Islands of Adventure). (Ticket valid through 6/4/27 Blockout dates apply. See full list of blockout dates in FAQ page) (total of ONE theme park ticket provided per Travel Advisor. Can be used on FAM day to capture social media content OR another day through 6/4/27)

After lunch, we encourage all FAM attendees to head into the parks on their own with the ONE provided park ticket you'll receive after training to create Reels for a chance to win additional park tickets!

Please review the refund policy below should you need to cancel your registration:

• Cancellations more than 7 days before the event: 92% of registration fee will be refunded. The remaining 8% covers administrative and processing fees.
• Cancellations at and within 7 days of the event: No refunds will be issued.

Our FAMs are very popular and with limited seating, we usually reach capacity. If you cannot attend after you register, it is required to officially cancel your registration so that we can give the opportunity to other travel advisors on our waitlist. Failing to cancel may result in restricted attendance at future training events and FAMs.

Travel Advisors are permitted up to two (2) Universal Orlando Express FAMs per calendar year: one Foundations & one Advanced course. Any additional registrations beyond the first two will be cancelled.
