eLearning Application Sessions: October 20 and 23, 2026 | 1:00pm to 4:00pm Eastern
- Small Group Feedback Practice: You will select from one of the following small group sessions below. Options are:
- October 27 | 1:00pm-4:00pm Eastern
- October 28 | 1:00pm-4:00pm Eastern
- October 29 | 1:00pm-4:00pm Eastern
- October 30 | 10:00am-1:00pm Eastern
Registration Deadline is October 12 (or when filled, whichever is earlier).
Training Format
This is a Blended Certification course
The certification is a mix of eLearning and three live virtual instructor-led training (VILT) sessions. Completion of both components is required to achieve certification, and all required eLearning modules must be completed prior to each live session in order to participate.
Pre-session eLearning is a requirement in order to participate in the live sessions - please factor this into your schedule accordingly.
What is included in the registration fee?
- Course materials and practice with the assessment and report.
- eLearning and support materials including eBooks, whitepapers, and reference guides.

Fees are payable at the time of registration (except Canadian clients) or due upon invoice. Additional logistical details will be sent with a confirmation of your enrollment.
To be eligible for this course, you must be either attending as a representative of a larger organization with a KF Assess subscription, OR attending as a consultant/representative of a consulting organization along with a sponsoring client with a KF Assess subscription, that would like you to be certified for work within their organization and who is also seeking certification.

Note: Assessments are purchased separately. Use of any Korn Ferry assessment requires a contract with our assessment center. Please contact GSCcontracts@kornferry.com for current assessment and contract pricing.
All sessions will be recorded. Portions of these recordings may be used for faculty training purposes within Korn Ferry. Recordings will not be distributed to course participants. Registration will be considered consent to be recorded.
Korn Ferry reserves the right to cancel this training if the minimum number of participants is not met.
