Why Is Wycliffe Hosting?

At Wycliffe, we believe God’s Word is one of the greatest gifts we have been entrusted with. We have experienced its power to shape, guide and transform our own lives, and we believe every person should have the opportunity to encounter Scripture in the language they understand best.

That is why we are gifting you this retreat.

Entrusted is an opportunity to reflect on what God has placed in our hands—our faith, families, gifts, opportunities, resources and influence—and consider how we can steward them faithfully.

As women who have been shaped by God’s Word gather, reflect and encourage one another, our hope is that this time together inspires us to live more intentionally and become more aware of how God can use what He has entrusted to us for the good of others.

And together, we’ll consider one extraordinary part of that stewardship: helping make it possible for women and families around the world to experience the transforming power of God’s Word for themselves.

As our guest, we’ll take care of your accommodations, meals, activities, and transportation during your time at Serenbe. You’ll just need to get yourself to Serenbe, and we’ll take care of the rest!
