Refund Policy

• All registrations cancelled by August 26 will be refunded 100% minus a $75 cancellation fee. The refund will be issued using the original payment method.

How Member Pricing Works 

Missio Nexus member pricing is available to individuals whose email address is associated with an active Missio Nexus membership.

During registration, your general admission fee is automatically determined by the email address you enter. If your email is connected to an active membership, the member rate will be applied automatically.

If the price shown does not reflect the member rate, this means the email address you are using is not currently associated with an active Missio Nexus membership.

If you believe this is an error – or if you are unsure which email is associated with your organization’s active Missio Nexus membership – please contact info@missionexus.org so we can:

• Confirm your membership status, and/or
• Update or add your email address to the membership record
