March 31 – Wednesday – 8:00pm to 9:00pm – Exhibit Hall Reception

April 1 – Thursday – 8:00am to 5:00pm – Presentations, Food and Beverage

April 2 – Friday – 8:00am to 5:00pm – Presentations, Food and Beverage

Why Exhibit or Sponsor at ASB Annual Meeting?

ASB is committed to maximizing your reach and has scheduled a number of special events in the Exhibitor Showcase. The ASB annual conference allows for exposure to as many as 1000 attendees dedicated to the advancement of the biological sciences.

  • Research posters will be displayed in the Exhibit Hall throughout the conference. ASB poster sessions are given exclusive time in our program schedule to maximize attendance. Exhibitors receive added exposure from these events.
  • All meeting-wide coffee breaks are held in the Exhibit Hall. Expect both AM & PM coffee breaks on Thursday and Friday to bring in additional visitors to your booths.
  • The Exhibit Hall Reception on Wednesday evening gives attendees an early opportunity to visit exhibitor booths as soon as they arrive at the conference.
  • The annual silent auction, a popular event to raise funds for graduate student support, is held in the Exhibit Hall. All exhibitors will be offered the opportunity to donate to this event, further promoting your brands.
  • Social events are being planned in and around the Exhibit Hall, offering Exhibitors additional opportunities to get to know our attendees during these informal marketing events.
  • We offer a number of year-round and meeting-specific advertising opportunities.

  • Corporate Exhibitor Package – $1,200: Corporate Exhibitors are defined here as companies with more than 10 employees. Package includes registration for 2 attendees and standard booth equipment. Regular registration fees apply for any attendees beyond those included here.
  • Small Business Exhibitor Package – $700: Small Business Exhibitors are defined here as companies with 10 or fewer employees. Package includes registration for 2 attendees and standard booth equipment. Regular registration fees apply for any attendees beyond those included here.
  • Non-profit Exhibitor Package – $450: Non-Profit Exhibitors include state and federal agencies, academic institutions, and traditional NPOs. Package includes registration for 1 attendee and standard booth equipment. Regular registration fees apply for any attendees beyond those included here.
