USMA 2026 Annual Educational Conference

Join us May 17-20, 2026, at the Sunseeker Resort, Charlotte Harbor, Florida

The USMA Conference convenes electric utilities and their service providers on an annual basis. Over the course of this two-and-a-half-day event, attendees can expect a rich exchange of knowledge, ample networking opportunities, and a chance to rejuvenate professionally. Once again, the schedule is brimming with highly skilled speakers and cutting-edge topics. Anticipating another year of full attendance, we encourage early registration to secure your spot. Please note that registration will close once the maximum seating capacity has been reached.

This year’s USMA conference will take place at the new, Sunseeker Resort at Charlotte Harbor in Port Charlotte, Florida.  

Hotel rooms may be available through Hilton Reservations or the hotel.  At this time the USMA discounted rate has expired.

Airport summary

There are several airport options for travelers attending the conference:

· Punta Gorda Airport (PGD): Closest to the hotel but with limited airline service.

· Fort Myers – Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW): About 40 minutes from the hotel, offers the widest range of airline options, and is the most convenient choice for most travelers.

· Sarasota–Bradenton International Airport (SRQ): Smaller airport with easy access to rental cars just outside the terminal. The drive to the hotel is almost a straight route via highway and takes just over 40 minutes.

· Other Airports: Several additional airports in the region may be considered by those combining other travel with the conference.
