Join the Minnesota Concrete Council on Friday, October 9, 2026, for a behind-the-scenes bus tour of two important operations in the concrete industry!
We'll depart from The Builders Group (TBG) in Eagan, MN, aboard a Northfield Lines motorcoach and travel to Iowa for a full day of learning and networking. The tour includes:
- A guided tour of the Heidelberg Materials Mason City Cement Plant
- Lunch at a nearby restaurant
- A visit to Falkstone Quality Aggregates to witness a live limestone blast
- Motorcoach transportation to and from TBG, where you'll return to your parked vehicle at the end of the day
Space is limited to 45 attendees, which is the maximum capacity for both the bus and the Heidelberg Materials tour. Registration is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
If the bus tour reaches capacity but you're interested in seeing the limestone blast at Falkstone Quality Aggregates, you're welcome to meet us there on your own. There is no cost to attend the blast portion of the event, but registration is still required.
