Receive your continuing education credits from The Ohio State University

For 55+ years, Ohio State University has offered continuing education for tax preparers. Our two-day schools, designed for those with some experience filing federal and state returns, cover intermediate-level material, while a beginner course is also available for professionals new to the field. Taught by highly qualified instructors, all courses explain and interpret current tax regulations and recent changes.

We also offer a two-hour Ethics Webinar and a six-hour Agricultural and Natural Resources Income Tax Webinar for additional CE credit - all led by top experts in the industry.

More information on the Introduction to Tax Preparation Course can be found by following the link in the menu bar above titled: "Intro Course"

Due to costs incurred prior to class, we can only accept substitutions within two weeks of your scheduled school. If you are unable to attend or find a substitute, you can request class materials including the workbook.

Most schools have varying agendas so splitting schools is highly discouraged. If you cannot attend both days of a school, contact Jeff (lewis.1459@osu.edu). There will be a $50 split-school fee for anyone who attends day 1 and 2 at different locations.
